Rongbahar is an exclusive shop that brings clothing products for fashion and home décor. Its product comes in a variety of design, fashion and style with a blend of vintage artisan design and modern life style. It sells most of the product it manufactured through its website www.rongbahar.com , facebook page /rongbaharbd and also through its display centers. Rongbahar uses the simple online and traditional sales methods, however, several question that rongbahar frequently faces are listed here. However, you are most welcome to ask any question, feel free to send us the question at info@rongbahar.com

1.  How can I get a product from you?

Answer: For the convenience of the customer we have several purchase options:

       I.        Visit www.rongbahar.com and place your order

      II.        visit www.facebook.com/rongbaharbd and message us with the A) product delivery address, B) email address, C) receiver person's number and D) product name and item code (and size where applicable).

     III.        You may Call us/ Text us at 01778728876 to place your order mentioning the above four information.

    IV.        Visit our display location listed in the website.

 

2.  How can I Pay You?

Answer:  For the convenience of the customer, we have different payment options.

      I.        Cash on Delivery (inside Dhaka city only)

     II.        Pay by bkash (01778728876)

    III.        Pay using credit card/ debit card

   IV.        Courier service condition service (All over Bangladesh).

 

3. Where is your Showroom?

Answer: Right now Rongbahr has two display center in Bangladesh:

(1)   shop# 54 ,level# 5,Eastern Mollila,Elephant Road, Dhaka.

(2)   Rongbahar, Mokbul Hossain Plaza (Ground Floor), Jhenaidah.

4. What is the shipping or delivery charge?

Answer:

For Bangladesh: If the total amount of products you ordered is more than 1000 taka you don't have to pay any shipping/delivery charge. In other cases, our delivery charge is 100 taka. 

International Shipping: We charge shipping based on the weight of your product. Please use the shipping calculator from our website. You may also visit postal service website of Bangladesh to get an idea of shipping cost.

5. Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Answer: Of course. Outside Dhaka we ship through courier service.

6. Is the price negotiable?

Answer: No. We are fixed in price.

 7. How long does it take to get products delivered from you?

Answer: Inside Dhaka we deliver product same day or next day. Outside Dhaka, if you order before 12:00 PM, we ship product same day otherwise next day. It usually reaches the customers within next day after the shipping.

8. If I want to get the product through another courier service other than your regular provider what I need to do?

Answer: If you pay us through bkash/credit or debit card, we can ship through any courier service of your choice, just let us know.

9. If I want to check a product before buying how is that possible?

Answer:  Please visit our display center.

10. What is your return policy?

Answer:  We have easy exchange/return  policy. Once a product is sold, you can exchange the product within next 3 days, if it does not come up to your expectations. After 3 days no exchange or return is possible. If there is any damage or size issue that is different from the description, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, we will take the return and bear the shipping charge. After 24 hours no claim is accepted.

 

11. What type of products do you sell online?

Answer: Rongbahar offers a wide range of products starting from nakshi Katha, bahari katha, hand stitched products, applique bed cover, baby katha, baby items, garments items, womens clothing, leather goods. Most of the products sold in rongbahar is its own manufactured.

12. I'm a wholesaler/retailer – can I buy from you in bulk?

Answer: Rongbahar always appreciate and welcomes partnership. If you want to resell Rongbahar’s product through your website/retail store/facebook fapge or even want to be a franchise, please email us at admin@rongbahar.com. Someone from our customer care team will get in touch with you personally.

13. Can I suggest deal that I am interested in?

 Answer: Be enrolled in our email news letter from our website, or just email us at info@rongbahar.com.

14. Can I buy a product as a gift for someone else?

 Answer:  Yes. You can purchase any product to gift someone. All you need to do is order the product, make the transaction, Provide address where you want the gift to be delivered. Rongbahar has the gift wrapping option with gift note for free.
